We have been making Coracles since 2006. In Spring we teach Coracle-making at Gorfanc. You could combine a stay in the Hideaway, or camping, with making your own little full-sized boat to take home!
Following the most recent two fabulous Coracle-making weekends held in 2025 we now have dates for 2026. Please get in touch with us if you would like to know more, or to book a place, letting us know your preferred weekend.

The cost of £380 (no increase for 2026) covers one or two people making one Coracle, and includes all tuition and materials, refreshments and lunch. The Hideaway may be available, or you can camp (and have a campfire) in a beautiful quiet location in the blossomy fields, or stay in local B and Bs or the village pub, the Aleppo Merchant Inn.
