From the Hideaway it is less than a mile and a half walk to the bus stop. The two hourly buses that pass through Carno run between Newtown and Machynlleth. There you will find connections to other places.<\/p>\n
From the train station in Caersws 7 miles away\u00a0 two hourly (one hourly at peak times) trains run via Shrewsbury and Birmingham\u00a0to England in one direction, and to Machynlleth in the other. From there you can choose to continue to Aberystwyth or to travel up the coast on the splendidly\u00a0scenic Cambrian line, via Harlech and many other tiny stations (some are request stops), to Pwllheli.<\/p>\n
